Yes, you can! Connecting your smartphone to your Lincoln is easy and can be done in just a few quick steps. All you need to do is access your Lincoln model's SYNC® infotainment system and go to the "Phone" menu, then enable Bluetooth® on your phone or other mobile device. You'll then be prompted with step-by-step instructions of how to connect your phone to Lincoln Bluetooth®. It should only take a few moments to pair your phone to your Lincoln. From there, you'll be able to enjoy seamless connectivity with your smartphone wherever you go!

Pairing your smartphone with your Lincoln should only take a few moments. Simply follow the directions to connect your phone to Lincoln SYNC® below:

  1. Turn on your smartphone, vehicle and the radio/SYNC® system.
  2. Enable Bluetooth® on your phone and confirm that it's discoverable or visible.
  3. On the Phone menu, press the "Phone" button. Select "OK." "Add a Device" will display. Press "OK."
  4. Your SYNC® system will prompt, "Press OK to begin pairing device." Select "OK."
  5. It will then prompt, "Search for SYNC on your device and enter the PIN provided by SYNC." Select "OK." Search for "SYNC" on your phone's Bluetooth® menu and select it.Your SYNC® screen will display a six-digit PIN for three minutes. During this time, SYNC® will be actively seeking for the same number from your phone.
  6. Enter the six-digit PIN on your phone. SYNC® may prompt you with more phone options, like "Automatic Phonebook Download." If you activate this feature, your recent call history and phonebook contact changes will be automatically transferred to SYNC®. A pop-message might appear on your phone that requires you to grant access to SYNC®. Select "Yes."
  7. You can exit the phone pairing process by pressing the arrows on the screen to select the "Exit" message. Press "Cancel" to leave the "Phone" menu.
